AZCM was responsible for the expansion of Moxy Oslo Exporama located in the town of Skjetten, near the Norwegian capital. We provided a full range of construction-management services for this project’s developer Vastint Hospitality.
In the new seven-story 4,340-sq. m addition to the Moxy Oslo Exporama hotel we fitted out 160 rooms. This hotel is a part of the conference and exhibition center X Meeting Point Norway.
We successfully completed the project within 10 months – the new addition to the hotel opened in October 2019.
The Moxy brand is owned by the international hotel chain Marriott and its concept is adapted mainly to the needs and tastes of millennial generation travelers.
Our client – Vastint Hospitality – is part of the bigger Vastint Group, an international property developer and manager operating for more than 25 years. Founded in 2012, Vastint Hospitality mostly invests in and develops hotels throughout Europe.
