In Denmark’s capital, AZCM was responsible for the construction of a Moxy Sydhavnen hotel of almost 6,900 sq. m. We provided a full range of construction-management services for this project’s developer Vastint Hospitality.
In the five-story Moxy Sydhavnen hotel, opened in March 2019, we constructed 226 guestrooms and a ground floor including reception and bar area, gym, and meeting rooms.
Our client – Vastint Hospitality – is part of the bigger Vastint Group, an international property developer and manager operating for more than 25 years. Founded in 2012, Vastint Hospitality mostly invests in and develops hotels throughout Europe.
Within the next years, Vastint Hospitality plans to expand its investment portfolio by at least 50 additional hotels in Europe, mostly in Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria and the Nordic countries.
The Moxy brand is owned by the international hotel chain Marriott and its concept is adapted mainly to the needs and tastes of millennial generation travelers.
