The nearly 6,900 sq. m Moxy Sydhavnen hotel was developed in Copenhagen. Opened in March 2019, the five-storey building includes 226 rooms, while the ground floor features a reception and bar area, fitness facilities, and meeting rooms.

AZCM provided full construction management services to the project developer, Vastint Hospitality. The team coordinated project implementation, supervised construction processes, and ensured efficient collaboration between all project stakeholders to meet international hotel brand standards.
