The House of R&D complex is being built in the Teltonika High-Tech Hill technology park in Liepkalnis. It will serve as a new research and development centre for Teltonika, one of the largest high-tech company groups in Lithuania, and will be dedicated to the development of advanced technologies.
The complex will include laboratories, offices and recreational spaces designed for engineers, programmers and other highly qualified specialists working on advanced Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
AZCM has been entrusted with technical supervision for the project. The project started in October 2025 and is scheduled for completion in mid-July 2027.
