Campus Staticus will be the new headquarters and research centre of Staticus, an international façade solutions company, in Vilnius. The project is designed by Danish architectural studio Schmidt Hammer Lassen. It combines Nordic design principles, technological innovation and high sustainability standards, with the building constructed entirely using advanced timber structures.

The complex will consist of four buildings with office and testing facilities, as well as a central atrium featuring exhibition, meeting and community spaces. The building will also be used for research and testing of new façade technologies under real-life conditions.

AZCM is responsible for design management on this project.
