Construction of the Teltonika S12 electronics component factory began at the end of 2025 in the High-Tech Hill technology park. The project is being developed by Teltonika, one of the largest technology company groups in Lithuania, which develops and manufactures electronics and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

The total factory area is 6,104.08 m². Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2026. AZCM specialists are providing construction technical supervision for this project.
