Sanguškų Parkas is a premium residential development by Releven, located in the historic part of Vilnius. The project combines contemporary architecture with a sensitive approach to the surroundings of the city’s Old Town.

The development comprises 55 apartments, recreational and commercial spaces, as well as shared indoor areas and landscaped outdoor spaces for residents.

Construction began in 2024 and was completed in May 2026. AZCM provided technical supervision and technical consultancy services for the project, ensuring construction quality and proper implementation of the design solutions.
