Mantinga’s production complex in Marijampolė is being expanded. The company is one of the largest producers of frozen bread, snacks and bakery goods in the Baltic States. Within the approximately 30,000 m² complex, part of the existing Soviet-era building is being converted and a new extension is being constructed.
The project incorporates advanced production technologies, industrial refrigeration, deep-freeze storage and automated warehousing solutions, as well as administrative facilities.
Construction is being carried out without interrupting the factory’s ongoing operations, requiring precise planning, continuous adaptation to an active production environment and seamless coordination of different processes. AZCM is responsible for construction management and acts as the client’s representative throughout the project.
