A building on A. Stulginskio Street in central Vilnius, formerly home to the Vakaris Vilnius event and concert venue, is undergoing a complete reconstruction. Once completed, the entire building will be converted into co-working spaces.
The project includes the redevelopment of the interior spaces, as well as the renovation of the building’s façade and roof in accordance with cultural heritage requirements.
AZCM is responsible for design and construction management. Works began in February 2026 and are scheduled for completion in December of the same year.
