The three-star Moxy Paris Val d’Europe hotel was developed in the Île-de-France region, close to Disneyland Paris. The five-storey, 12,900 sq. m building includes 238 rooms, a restaurant, and a two-level underground parking facility.
In this project, the AZCM team provided comprehensive design and construction management services. One of the key responsibilities was coordinating the work of more than 20 contractors, subcontractors, designers, and suppliers. As the project was developed within an eco-district, the construction process required exceptionally precise planning and particular attention to environmental requirements.
