International real estate developer Vastint completed the expansion of the Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof hotel. The project added 91 new rooms to the existing 210-room property.
The hotel is located next to Mercedes-Benz Arena and just 200 metres from Berlin Ostbahnhof railway station. AZCM was responsible for construction management throughout the project. The project also featured the use of timber structures as part of its construction solutions.
