CORE Business Centre was developed in Vilnius by Baltic Gildija. The total project area reaches 59,000 sq. m and includes a six-storey office building together with a three-level underground parking facility offering 700 parking spaces.

In this project, AZCM provided technical supervision and consulting services for engineering systems installation. The team was responsible for ensuring that complex engineering solutions were implemented to the required quality standards and in line with the expectations of a contemporary business centre.
